Just as before I've been playing with my Serif Digital Scrapbook Artist program. Just to show how easy in which is, This particular sketch was done in less than a half hour. Do what you want with the elements - journal boxes, photos. embellishments. Personally, I definitely love the circles on the bottom left. They could be little photos or quotes (or both!).
